COVERAGES & LIMITATIONS
This plan only can be applied to any eyewear orders with customized add-on priced lenses. It enables you to replace damaged lenses with an economical co-pay, allowing you to pay only 50% of lens prices at the time of replacement. You can request up to two times co-pay lens replacements within 2 years from the date of purchase.
1 plan only cover 1 valid pair. Please ensure you specify your protected pair of glasses at the time of purchasing your plan, by providing a valid order number. You can conveniently add the plan to your glasses order during checkout, or you have the option to purchase the plan within 7 days of receiving your initial glasses order by mail.
REQUEST A REPLACEMENT
When you have a need for replacement under the protection plan, simply contact us with the order number indicated. Upon approval, we will contact you with detailed steps for you to take next. Your glasses with new replacement lens will arrive approximately 15 business days once we have confirmed receipt of your glasses in mail. It's that simple!
Only valid for customized add-on lenses ordered from Vu Frameworks website. Replaced lenses must have the same lens type, materials and prescription as the original.
Damaged eyeglasses must be returned for the lens replacement at your own expense.
Plan only applies to valid orders within the domestic United States.
